We loved the central location and the hotel's historic atmosphere. The outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the nice breakfast. The staff were friendly, professional, engaging, and caring, making our stay even better. The hotel's interior design, quality furnishings, and eclectic artwork collection created a relaxing and pampered feeling. The restaurant offered first-class food and service, making dinner a must-try experience. our stay was wonderful, creating a completely positive experience.
We felt very cared for, and there was nothing to complain about.

WOW WOW WOW!! It has to be location. Across a cobbled path to the Palais of de Popes. So the money was worth it for the location. Great to stay in the center of the Old Avignon. Lots of space in the rooms. Beautiful toiletry products. A bath!!!! Very old building with lots of history. I would have loved to do the cooking course. The degustation would be good too but a little expensive for us.

Is among the finest hotels that we have ever stayed at. Magnificently maintained and upkept in an 18th century motiff with beautiful furnishings, artwork and public areas. The staff is extraordinary; highly skilled, caring and truly warm. Located across from the Palais du Papes, built in the 14th century. Inside the city walls, you are a short 5 minute walk to the town center for shopping and tons of outdoor cafes. Also a 15 minute taxi to the beautiful town of chataneauf-du-pap and its wineries and tastings. Not stuffy at all. Worth the splurge.

Everything was beautiful, excellent location close enough to the palace of the pope, the historic center of Avignon and the surrounding cafes and bars, caring staff. The room we had was huge and reasonably large with bar, a partial view and the romantic walled-off garden. Had hairdryers, toiletries, and bathrobes in the bathroom.

Very good position right in the centre of Avignon. Lovely comfortable room and well decorated hotel.
It was very very expensive for what we had! Staff should have told us to pre book tickets for the Palais des Papes as there was along queue by mid morning.

On a more positive note, I will say that the location of the hotel was great. It was in the heart of Avignon, which made it convenient to explore the city. Another thing I liked was the friendly staff. They were always responsive and professional, and their English was excellent. It was nice to be able to communicate easily with the hotel staff. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast in the courtyard was really enjoyable. It was a beautiful setting to start the day and the food was delicious.
The first thing that really bothered me was how worn-out and dated the facilities were. It felt like stepping into a time capsule from the 80s, and not in a good way.

We recently stayed at La Mirande for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The location is unbeatable, right behind the Papal Palace. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with high ceilings and stunning common spaces. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality foods. The shower and water system were top-notch, and the classic decor had hidden modern features. a unique and wonderful experience.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The cost, we were in Avignon for a week and this hotel was too expensive to stay for this length of time.
